We accept returns received within 14 days of delivery for all items, and we’ll give you a refund provided your returned item(s) meet our standards for returns.

You must return the items unused, in original condition, with all labels and tags attached. If they do not meet our standards for returns, they will not be accepted by us for a refund. Refused item(s) in the returns can be delivered back to you at your expense.

You shall receive your refund within 7 days of the returned items. We will email you once we process your refund.

If you have not received your refund after 7 days of returning your item(s), please write to us using the contact us form or email support@jazztrends.uk.

Currently, we don’t offer a pre-paid returns service. You must arrange the return to the address below at your own cost.
